Well, again you outdid yourself!! Your presentation of the food was so lovely and the touch of orchids just enhanced the beauty of my table! Thank you sooo much for the roses in the bud vase! I can't believe that every tea sandwich was eaten. Broccoli salad was soooo good. The cupcakes were such a hit - so adorable and delicious.

 

Sharon and Maryann were lovely women that delivered the food and gave me suggestions.

 

My sisters and I were just so pleased with everything you catered for us!! Your next job for me will be Thanksgiving.........

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping to make my husband's 40th birthday party so special. The food was amazing and the staff you sent were even better. Thomas was a hit! People loved his energy. He was very attentive to what I wanted and did everything with a reassuring grin, even as it continued to rain when we were getting everything set up. The servers were fantastic, especially the woman who came later in the evening, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She was so pleasant and calm. When the party was over and we were getting ready to go home, I went into the kitchen to say good-bye, she was on her hands and knees cleaning the floor. Now that I did not expect, but certainly appreciated. They left the house just as it was when they arrived. Very classy.

 

Our guests couldn't get enough of the food! Everything from the shrimp to the cheese ball, to the chicken and the veggie burgers and everything in between was out of this world! Oh, and the cake was FABULOUS! Please tell me what bakery you used, everyone was asking me and I couldn't remember the name. Great call on the cream cheese frosting! YUM! The presentation truly blew me away and watching my husband blow out the candles was so special.

Lot's of folks asked who did the catering and I didn't hesitate to sing your praises. I'd like to write a recommendation/testimonial on your website. How do I do that? Should I email you something and then you put it up? Let me know.

Again thank you for making this past Saturday a day we will never forget.

Wanted to let you know how very delicious everything was that you sent to me. My guests raved and raved about all of it: the mushrooms with spinach and carmelized shallots and the mini salmon cakes with onion blossom horseradish sauce; the lemon chicken with artichokes, the pistachio salmon with balsamic reduction, the portabella mushrooms topped with baby spinach, roasted peppers and carmelized onions, the sweet potatoes wedges; and the chocolate roll and lemon sponge cake. Everything was superb! I can't wait to serve the apricot chicken tonight! And, the orchids for decoration were an unbelievable touch!

I must tell you what a gem your server Annemarie Constable is! I have had many people helping me in the past on all sorts of occasions and holidays, but she was the best ever! Extremely efficient, calm and cool, had everything out and ready to go at just the right moment, washed the serving trays and serving pieces and was so pleasant to work with! She did everything to ensure that I, the hostess, had nothing to worry about and time to spend with my guests. Thanks so very much for sending her to us!
